Dynamic Services & Security Signs MoU With Orion Security for ₹4.76 Billion

Dynamic Services & Securities Ltd (DSSL) saw its share price soar to its upper circuit limit on Monday, following the announcement of a significant ₹4.76 billion work contract with Orion Security.
Details of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
The company signed a MOU with Orion Security to assist in managing receivables. As per the MOU, Dynamic Services & Securities will oversee invoicing, payment collection, payment distribution, and reimbursement of expenses for Orion Security Solutions.
In an exchange filing, DSSL stated, “The purpose of this MOU is to define the terms and conditions under which DSSL will assist Orion Security Solutions in collecting its receivables from clients.”
The contract will be effective from January 4, 2025, and will run through March 31, 2027, marking a significant addition to DSSL’s portfolio.
Stock Performance and Market Reaction
Following the announcement, DSSL’s share price surged 5% to ₹374 apiece on January 07, 2024, hitting its upper circuit limit by 3:18 PM (IST) In comparison, the NSE Nifty 50 Index rose marginally by 0.2%.
