RPP Infra Projects Secures ₹62.78 Crore Road Expansion Contract in Tamil Nadu

RPP Infra Projects has received a letter of acceptance for a new infrastructure project in Tamil Nadu. The project involves widening the Avinashi-Mettupalayam Road (SH-80) from two lanes to four lanes, enhancing connectivity and easing traffic congestion in the region.
In addition to road expansion, the contract includes the reconstruction of a box culvert, as well as the construction of drains and a retaining wall in Tirupur. The total contract value, including GST, stands at ₹62.78 crore.

On February 19, 2025, RPP Infra Projects share price ended 2.79% higher at ₹138.20. RPP Infra Projects’s share price reached a 52-week high of ₹255.00 on December 18, 2024, and a 52-week low of ₹97.05 on March 14, 2024. As per BSE, the total traded volume for the stock stood at 0.24 lakh shares with a turnover of ₹33.12 lakhs.
At the current price, RPP Infra Projects shares are trading at a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 7.55x, based on its trailing 12-month earnings per share (EPS) of ₹18.31, and a price-to-book (P/B) ratio of 1.08, according to exchange data.
Shareholding Details
As of December 31, 2024, RPP Infra Projects promoters held 50.88% of the shares, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) owned 0.88%, and Public (Retail Investors) held 48.31%.
Q3 FY25 Performance
The company reported a 17.1% rise in its consolidated net profit, reaching ₹18.87 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to ₹16.11 crore in Q3 FY24.
Revenue from operations also saw a year-on-year increase of 9%, totalling ₹355.10 crores for the quarter that ended December 31, 2024.
