Revised Pricing Schedule Effective November 17, 2025

Starting November 17, 2025, Angel One will revise its brokerage fee structure for trades executed across our platform. Transparency is our priority, and this update ensures we can continue to invest heavily in the technology and security you rely on. This post breaks down the precise changes coming to Delivery, Intraday and Pledge charges. Accordingly, you are advised to inform your clients of the changes in the pricing schedule and the effective date, well in advance.

Please advise your clients that by continuing to use the Angel One platform after the effective date, notwithstanding any queries by the client in connection with the above, they will be deemed to have consented to the applicable revised charges under their respective plan.

Further note that in the event client is downgraded from iTrade Preimer Pro to iTrade Premier, they will be charged as per revised iTrade Premier plan as explained above from the effective date (i.e., 17^th November 2025). Your customer has already consented to the said downgrade at the time of onboarding.
