PNC Infratech Limited, a leading infrastructure development company, has officially announced the receipt of a significant infrastructure contract from the Public Works Department (PWD) of Rajasthan. The project involves the construction of a flyover in Bharatpur City and aligns with the company’s ongoing expansion in public infrastructure projects across India. This development was communicated to stock exchanges in compliance with SEBI disclosure norms.
The project awarded involves the construction of a flyover stretching from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. It will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The total awarded contract value stands at ₹239.94 crore, and the construction timeline is fixed at 24 months from the commencement date. The work is to be executed entirely within India, confirming it as a domestic infrastructure project.
PNC Infratech Ltd reported a sharp decline in its financial performance for the fourth quarter, with net profit plunging 81% year-on-year to ₹75.50 crore, compared to ₹395.90 crore in the same period last year. Revenue dropped 34.5% to ₹1,704 crore from ₹2,600 crore, while EBITDA fell 51% to ₹362 crore from ₹736 crore. The EBITDA margin also narrowed significantly to 21.26% from 28.32% a year earlier.
