The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the start of e-auction registration for its ‘Premium Housing Scheme 2025.’ Starting on August 26, this scheme offers ready-to-move-in flats at prime locations across Delhi-NCR. Interested buyers can register online and participate in the e-auction to book flats.
The e-auction registration window opens on August 26 at 11:00 AM on the official DDA portal. Candidates must register online and submit their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to participate.
The last date for online registration and EMD submission is September 24, 2025, by 6:00 PM. Final application submissions will be accepted until September 26, 6:00 PM. There is no offline application process for this scheme; all bookings must be done through e-auction.
The scheme offers flats in popular Delhi localities such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, and Pitampura. A total of 311 flats across HIG (High Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), LIG (Low Income Group), and EHS (Expandable Housing Scheme) categories are available. Specific pockets like Jasola’s Pocket 9B and Dwarka’s sectors 16B and 19B are among the locations featured.

In addition to flats, parking spaces will also be available. Car garages in Pitampura and scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar will be offered, with reserved prices ranging from ₹3.17 lakh to ₹43 lakh.
The scheme was approved on July 11, 2025, during a DDA meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena. It aims to provide ready-to-move-in homes along with convenient parking facilities in some of Delhi’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
