ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund opened the New Fund Offer (NFO) of ICICI Prudential BSE Power ETF on 26 October 2026. The subscription period will end on 30 October 2026. The offer price is ₹10 per unit, with a minimum lump sum investment of ₹1,000.

The scheme is an open-ended ETF classified under index funds and ETFs. It carries a ‘Very High’ risk rating and has a Growth plan option. The fund will use the BSE Power Total Return Index as its benchmark.

Investment Objective

The scheme aims to generate returns, before expenses, that correspond closely to the total returns of its underlying index, subject to tracking errors. The fund house has stated that there is no assurance that the scheme will achieve this objective.

The scheme’s returns may differ from those of the benchmark because of tracking errors and expenses. The available scheme details do not specify an exit load.

Fund Management

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited is offering the scheme. The fund management team comprises Nishit Patel, Ashwini Bharucha, and Venus Ahuja, all listed under equity management.

Allotment and Payment Schedule

According to a BSE notice dated 23 October 2026, the NFO is available through the BSE StAR MF platform. Both the regular scheme and the Direct Plan are listed under the equity category, with a tentative allotment date of 4 November 2026.

For allotment eligibility, clear funds must be available in the BSE Clearing Limited account by 6 pm on 3 November 2026. Cheque and one-time mandate (OTM) payments are accepted during the New Fund Offer (NFO) period, subject to the same deadline.

Transactions for which clients do not initiate funds by 9 am on T+1 day may be cancelled. Transactions with payment initiated may remain pending until 3 pm on the last day of the fund payout period or T+5 day, whichever is earlier.
