Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund Files Draft for Kotak Dynamic Asset Allocation Omni FoF

Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund’s Scheme Information Document, dated 11 September 2026, sets out the details of Kotak Dynamic Asset Allocation Omni Fund of Funds (FoF).
The open-ended scheme invests in units of equity and debt-oriented mutual fund schemes. The scheme’s objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation. It does not have a performance track record, as it is a new fund.
Asset Allocation
The scheme will invest 95% to 100% of its assets in actively and passively managed equity and debt-oriented mutual fund schemes. Debt and money market instruments may account for the remaining 0% to 5%.
Investments can include equity funds, debt funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), index funds and eligible hybrid schemes. The fund can select underlying schemes managed by Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund or other domestic mutual funds.
Investment Strategy
The fund manager will assess equity market conditions, economic developments and the outlook for different sectors while deciding the allocation between underlying schemes.
The stated strategy is to optimise risk-adjusted returns through investments across equity and debt-oriented funds. The scheme will be benchmarked against the NIFTY 50 Hybrid Composite Debt 50:50 Index.
Its returns will depend on the performance of the underlying schemes and the risks associated with their investments.
Minimum Investment and Exit Load
The New Fund Offer (NFO) price is ₹10 per unit. The minimum investment during the NFO is ₹1,000. For systematic investment plans (SIPs), the minimum instalment is ₹500, with at least two instalments required.
There is no entry load. An exit load of 0.5% applies to redemptions or switches out made within 90 days of allotment. Redemptions or switches on or after 90 days attract no exit load.
Fund Managers and Expenses
Devender Singhal will manage the equity-oriented investments, while Dharmesh Thakar will manage the debt-oriented investments.
The scheme’s estimated base expense ratio is 1.85% per annum. Brokerage, transaction costs, and applicable statutory levies may be charged separately. Investors will also bear the expenses of the underlying mutual fund schemes.
