
Zen Technologies Limited announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
On a standalone basis, Zen Technologies recorded total income of ₹14,764.50 lakh in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹13,094.70 lakh in the previous quarter and ₹25,011.32 lakh in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹12,465.34 lakh, compared to ₹11,105.79 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹24,168.79 lakh in Q2 FY25. The company’s other income rose to ₹2,299.16 lakh in Q2 FY26 from ₹1,988.91 lakh in Q1 FY26.
The net profit for the quarter was ₹4,616.16 lakh, up from ₹3,711.89 lakh in the previous quarter but lower than ₹6,523.64 lakh reported in the corresponding period last year.
For the first half of FY26, the company posted a total income of ₹27,859.20 lakh and a net profit of ₹8,328.05 lakh, compared to ₹50,711.56 lakh and ₹13,941.53 lakh, respectively, in H1 FY25.
On a consolidated basis, Zen Technologies reported total income of ₹19,887.98 lakh in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹18,000.91 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹25,031.46 lakh in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations stood at ₹17,357.31 lakh, up from ₹15,821.87 lakh in the previous quarter. Other income for the quarter increased to ₹2,530.67 lakh from ₹2,179.04 lakh in Q1 FY26.
The consolidated net profit for Q2 FY26 was ₹6,190.46 lakh, compared to ₹5,307.49 lakh in Q1 FY26 and ₹6,343.57 lakh in Q2 FY25.
For H1 FY26, the company achieved a total income of ₹37,888.89 lakh and a net profit of ₹11,497.96 lakh, compared to ₹50,804.00 lakh and ₹14,292.14 lakh respectively in H1 FY25.
On October 27, 2025, Zen Technologies share price (NSE: ZENTEC) opened at ₹1,342.00, down from its previous close of ₹1,396.50. At 10:37 AM, the share price of Zen Technologies was trading at ₹1,332.20, down by 4.60% on the NSE.
