
Yatra Online Limited announced its consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The online travel aggregator demonstrated exceptional growth across revenue and profitability metrics, driven by robust performance in air ticketing and hotels segments, supported by strong festive season demand.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Yatra Online achieved consolidated revenue from operations of ₹350.87 crore, registering exceptional growth of 48% YoY and 67% QoQ. Total income stood at ₹355.92 crore, up 46% YoY and 65% QoQ compared to the respective periods.
Profit before tax reached ₹16.89 crore, marking an outstanding expansion of 130% YoY but declining marginally by 1% QoQ. Profit after tax stood at ₹14.28 crore, demonstrating robust growth of 96% YoY, though declining 11% QoQ. Basic and diluted earnings per share were ₹0.91 for the quarter.
For the half year ended September 30, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹560.68 crore, up 66% from ₹337.21 crore in H1 FY25. Total income totalled ₹571.32 crore, reflecting 62% growth year on year.
Half-year PBT stood at ₹33.97 crore, surging 191% from ₹11.68 crore in the previous year. PAT came to ₹30.27 crore, up 167% from ₹11.34 crore in H1 FY25. Earnings per share for the half year were ₹1.93, up 168% YoY.

The Hotels and Packages segment led revenues with ₹270.69 crore in Q2 FY26, delivering an adjusted margin of ₹51.45 crore. The Air Ticketing segment reported revenue of ₹58.48 crore with an adjusted margin of ₹101.61 crore during the quarter.
The other services segment recorded revenue of ₹9.13 crore with an adjusted margin of ₹9.49 crore. Total adjusted margin stood at ₹162.55 crore for Q2 FY26, reflecting strong profitability across business segments despite competitive market conditions.
On November 11, 2025, Yatra Online share price opened at ₹145.40 on NSE, above the previous close of ₹145.10. During the day, it surged to ₹172.40 and dipped to ₹141.50. The stock is trading at ₹165.21 as of 3:13 PM. The stock registered a significant gain of 13.86%.
