Wipro to Announce Q2FY26 Results on October 16, 2025; Share Price in Focus

Wipro Ltd has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on October 15-16, 2025. The agenda includes approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025. 

As per the exchange filings, results prepared under both Ind-AS and IFRS standards will be reviewed. The company said the board will approve the financials on the evening of October 16.

Timing of Result Announcement

In July this year, Wipro had released its Q1 FY26 earnings around 3:30 pm. Based on that timeline, the second quarter numbers are also expected to be shared in the afternoon on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

Trading Window Closure

The company has also announced a trading window closure for designated persons. The window has been shut from September 16, 2025, and will remain closed until October 18, 2025. This measure is in line with insider trading regulations ahead of financial announcements.

Wipro Q1FY26 Earnings Results

In the first quarter of FY26, Wipro reported a consolidated net profit of ₹3,330 crore. This was an increase of 11% over the ₹3,003 crore posted in the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations was ₹22,134 crore, up 0.7% from ₹21,963 crore a year earlier. On a sequential basis, however, profit after tax was lower by nearly 7% compared to ₹3,570 crore reported in Q4 FY25.

Alongside the Q1 results, the company had also declared an interim dividend of ₹5 per share for the financial year 2025-26.
