Agreement Details and Operational Scope
The agreement, signed on 3 October 2025, grants TFS Gurgaon Airport Services Private Limited the design rights, set up, and operate 14 food and beverage outlets at the busy Terminal 2. The outlets will cater to the diverse preferences of domestic travellers, offering a wide range of dining options within the airport. Under the deal, TFS will pay a combination of licence fees, minimum guarantee amounts, and other related charges as defined by the agreement terms.
This new partnership highlights TFS’s continued focus on expanding its airport hospitality operations and building long-term collaborations with key airport authorities. It also marks another milestone in the company’s effort to enhance passenger experience through world-class dining services.
