
Transformers and Rectifiers India Limited has announced a new ₹389.97 crore order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, marking another significant addition to its expanding project pipeline as disclosed on November 25, 2025.
The order includes 53 transformers of various types to be manufactured and delivered by the next financial year. The contract covers production along with related project work, forming part of TARIL’s routine manufacturing operations.
This contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, GETCO, with no promoter or group company interest involved. The company noted that the transaction does not fall under related party agreements and aligns with its normal course of business.
With this latest order, TARIL’s total order book from GETCO for the quarter has reached ₹493.42 crore. The company continues to strengthen its presence in India’s power transmission equipment space through consistent project wins.

TARIL is one of India’s prominent transformer manufacturers and is recognised as the second largest by capacity nationally. Its three manufacturing facilities near Ahmedabad support production of power, distribution, furnace, and speciality transformers for global demand.
