On July 23, Indian equity indices demonstrated a strong performance, with the Nifty closing above the 25,200 mark. Notably, the realty index experienced a decline of 2.6%. Conversely, sectors such as auto, metal, oil & gas, consumer durables, pharma, private bank, PSU Bank, and telecom all registered gains of 0.5% to 1%.
