Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd. has announced its 85th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually on 19th September 2025.
The company will close its share registers from 13th to 19th September to determine shareholder eligibility for dividends, in line with regulatory requirements.
The record date is the cut-off date set by a company to determine which shareholders are eligible to receive dividends or participate in corporate actions. Only investors holding shares in their demat account as of the record date are considered for such benefits.
With the T+1 settlement system in India, trades are settled one business day after the transaction date. This means to qualify for dividends, an investor must purchase shares at least one day before the record date so that the shares are credited to their demat account in time.
The 85th AGM of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Ltd. is set for Friday, 19th September 2025, at 2:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), adhering to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.
In compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, 13th September 2025 to Friday, 19th September 2025, inclusive.
This period is used to determine eligibility for shareholders to receive dividends, if approved during the AGM.
