Godfrey Phillips has scheduled its 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Thursday, September 4, 2025. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be disbursed to eligible shareholders within 30 days of the meeting.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, August 23, 2025, to Thursday, September 4, 2025 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of the AGM and dividend entitlement.
Shareholders must own Godfrey Phillips shares by August 21, 2025, as the stock will trade ex-dividend on August 22, 2025. Under the T+1 settlement system, only trades executed on or before August 21 will make investors eligible for the dividend.
