Tata Investment Corporation Ltd will consider a stock split proposal during its board meeting on Monday, August 4, 2025. The board will evaluate the subdivision of equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. This would be the company’s first stock split since listing.
The agenda was updated following an earlier filing on July 28, 2025. Initially scheduled to review the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the June 2025 quarter, the board meeting will now also include the stock split proposal.
Tata Investment has not issued bonus shares to its shareholders in the past. The company has, however, made regular dividend payments over the years. There has been no indication of a bonus issue as part of the current board meeting.
Dividend payouts have been consistent. Shareholders received ₹27 per share in 2025, ₹28 in 2024, and ₹48 in 2023. These distributions reflect the company’s past approach to rewarding shareholders.
Tata Investment joins a list of companies considering share splits this week. MCX and Adani Power are scheduled to take up similar proposals on Friday, August 1. All proposals are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
As of 10:50 AM on July 31, 2025, Tata Investment Corporation share price was trading at ₹6,860.50, a 1.92% increase.

Tata Investment Corporation will review a potential share split during its August 4, 2025, board meeting. If approved, this will be the company’s first such action. No bonus shares are under consideration, and the record date for the split remains pending.
