Premier Energies Ltd
Premier Energies has entered into a binding term sheet with RCT India, a part of Germany-based RCT Group, to establish a joint venture for a 12 GWh battery energy storage system manufacturing facility in Telangana. The proposed facility will be developed through Premier Energies' subsidiary, Premier Battery Technologies, with the first phase planned at 6 GWh.
Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Ltd
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India has levied a penalty of ₹1 crore on Canara HSBC Life Insurance after considering the company's submissions and personal hearing. The penalty relates to certain matters concerning policyholder interests.
Neogen Chemicals Ltd
Neogen Chemicals has launched its qualified institutional placement and fixed the floor price at ₹2,189.73 per share. The company may offer a discount of up to 5% to institutional investors on the floor price.
Bharat Forge Ltd
Bharat Forge Holding GmbH, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Bharat Forge, has merged with Bharat Forge Global Holding GmbH, its immediate holding company. Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd
Manish Kothari has resigned as Group President and Head – Commercial Bank at Kotak Mahindra Bank. He will also cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the bank, with his resignation taking effect from September 30, 2026.
HDFC Bank Ltd
HDFC Bank said a Bahrain court has rejected two claims filed against the bank by investors in Credit Suisse Additional Tier 1 bonds. With these two favourable judgments, the bank has now secured seven rulings in its favour in similar matters filed by investors in the bonds.
The court rejected the allegations, stating that the investors had not provided sufficient admissible evidence to substantiate their claims or establish that they had suffered any loss due to the bank.
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd
Smallcap World Fund Inc., part of California-based Capital Group, acquired 95.05 lakh equity shares of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty, representing a 1.94% stake, for ₹190.01 crore at ₹199.89 per share.
Promoter Anand Kamalnayan Pandit sold 97.7 lakh shares, equivalent to a 2% stake, for ₹195.3 crore at ₹199.90 per share.
Corona Remedies Ltd
Sepia Investments, an affiliate of private equity firm ChrysCapital, sold 24.85 lakh shares of Corona Remedies, representing a 4.06% stake, for ₹509.6 crore at ₹2,050.32 per share.
SBI Mutual Fund acquired 15.4 lakh shares, representing a 2.51% stake, for ₹315.7 crore, while Amundi Funds Asia Equity Concentrated purchased 3.12 lakh shares for ₹63.96 crore. Both transactions took place at around ₹2,050 per share.
ESDS Software Solution Ltd
Maithan Alloys has acquired 6.34 lakh shares of ESDS Software Solution, representing a 0.54% stake, for ₹93.98 crore. The shares were purchased at ₹1,482.04 per share.
Spectrum Electrical Industries Ltd
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 1.15 lakh shares of Spectrum Electrical Industries, representing a 0.73% stake, from Ajay Bhikamchand Jain for ₹30.48 crore. The shares changed hands at ₹2,651 apiece.
Computer Age Management Services Ltd
Societe Generale ODI purchased 37.11 lakh shares of Computer Age Management Services, representing a 1.49% stake, for ₹253.05 crore. Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I acquired 35.96 lakh shares, or a 1.45% stake, for ₹245.16 crore.
Together, the two investors acquired a 2.94% stake at ₹681.75 per share. On the other side, Fidelity Rutland Square Trust II Strategic Advisers FIDEMG Markets Fund and FMRC Fidelity Emerging Markets Fund sold 66.97 lakh shares, representing a 2.69% stake, for ₹456.64 crore at ₹681.80 per share.
Vedavaag Systems Ltd
The Bharat Battery Manufacturing Company Private Limited Provident Fund Institution, the employee provident fund trust of Bharat Battery Manufacturing Company, acquired 2.61 lakh shares of Vedavaag Systems, representing a 1.11% stake, for ₹57.82 lakh at ₹22.10 per share.
South West Pinnacle Exploration Ltd
Anantnath Skycon acquired 7 lakh shares of South West Pinnacle Exploration, representing a 2.14% stake, for ₹15.75 crore at ₹225 per share.
Meanwhile, promoters Piyush Jain and Vikas Jain sold 6.2 lakh shares and 2 lakh shares, respectively, at ₹225.13 and ₹225 per share. Together, the promoters sold a 2.51% stake in the company.
Marble City India Ltd
Salsett Vinimay acquired 22 lakh shares of Marble City India, representing an 8.57% stake, from VPS Constructions for ₹25.74 crore at ₹117 per share. VPS Constructions held a 14.4% stake in the company as of June 2026.
The stock was locked in a 20% upper circuit at ₹144.45 on the BSE amid heavy volumes.
Shankesh Jewellers Ltd
Shankesh Jewellers will remain in focus as the company is scheduled to announce its quarterly results. Investors are likely to track the company's revenue, profitability and operating performance in the reported period.
Qualiance International Ltd
