LTM reported a strong performance for the first quarter on a consolidated basis. Net profit increased 17.05% year-on-year to ₹1,468.6 crore, while revenue rose 17.96% to ₹11,608 crore. EBIT climbed 27.9% to ₹1,799.3 crore, with the EBIT margin improving to 15.5% from 14.3%. Dollar revenue also grew 6.1% to $1,223.5 million.
Avenue Supermarts Ltd
Avenue Supermarts posted steady quarterly growth, with consolidated net profit rising 11.3% year-on-year to ₹860.4 crore. Revenue increased 14.9% to ₹18,794.5 crore, while EBITDA grew 15.4% to ₹1,499.3 crore. EBITDA margin improved marginally to 7.97%.
L&T Finance Ltd
L&T Finance reported strong first-quarter earnings. Consolidated net profit surged 28.7% year-on-year to ₹902.5 crore, while net interest income increased 28.4% to ₹2,924.8 crore, reflecting healthy lending growth.
RITES Ltd
RITES, as part of a consortium, secured a consultancy work order worth ₹79.22 crore from Patna Metro Rail Corporation for the implementation of the Patna Metro Rail Construction Project, strengthening its order book in the infrastructure segment.
Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd
Power Grid emerged as the successful bidder under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process for establishing the transmission system for the Krishnagiri Renewable Energy Zone Phase-I project. The project includes new substations in Andhra Pradesh and transmission lines across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka.
Powerica Ltd
Powerica won the e-reverse auction conducted by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) for a 50 MW grid-connected wind power project. The company secured the project at a discovered tariff of ₹3.51 per unit.

Pace Digitek Ltd
Pace Digitek's subsidiary, Lineage Power, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bondada Renewable Energy for the supply of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including DC blocks, commercial and industrial BESS cabinets, residential BESS, power conversion systems, energy management systems and battery containers.
Keystone Realtors Ltd
Keystone Realtors reported mixed operational performance during the first quarter. Pre-sales declined 42% year-on-year to ₹617 crore, while collections increased 4% to ₹599 crore. The total area sold fell 49% to 0.32 million square feet.
Sterlite Technologies Ltd
Sterlite Technologies announced a favourable outcome in its European patent dispute with Fujikura. The European Patent Office's Technical Board of Appeal revoked Fujikura's patent in its entirety, resolving the UK patent dispute in Sterlite Technologies' favour.
Swiggy Ltd
Swiggy received a prohibition order from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regarding its food ordering platform, Toing, over licence-related observations. The company subsequently addressed the concerns and obtained a modified FSSAI licence. The issue was not related to food safety.
