Private equity firm True North-owned Active Pine is likely to sell up to 1.66 crore shares of Biocon, representing around 1% of the company's paid-up equity, through a block deal, as per news reports. The offer size is pegged at ₹638.4 crore, with the floor price fixed at ₹385 per share, according to reports.
Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd
Rajendran Venkatesh has resigned as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Organic Industries, effective November 13, 2026, to pursue opportunities outside the company. The Board has appointed Harshvardhan Goenka, currently the Executive Director, as MD & CEO for a five-year term starting November 14, 2026.
Innovision Ltd
Innovision has received a Letter of Award worth ₹243.6 crore for providing user fee collection services at IDTL A and IDTL B fee plazas for the six-laning of the Indore-Dewas section of NH-3 and the Pachwara fee plaza for the four-laning of the Jhansi-Khajuraho section in Madhya Pradesh. The contract also covers the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and replenishment of consumable items.
Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd
The Enviro Infra Engineers subsidiary, Suyog Urja, has received a contract worth ₹189.99 crore from Tata Power Renewable Energy for executing EPC turnkey works for the development of the 180 MW NTPC Wind Power Project at Parli, Maharashtra.
Moschip Technologies Ltd
Following a Supreme Court judgment, Moschip Technologies has been directed to furnish additional security of ₹200 crore before September 15 in connection with a dispute related to its proposed acquisition of a 73% stake in Vayavya Labs. The company said the direction has no financial, operational or other impact on its business.
Raymond Ltd
The Board of Raymond has approved the raising of ₹214.71 crore through the preferential allotment of 33.29 lakh convertible warrants at an issue price of ₹645 per warrant. The warrants will be issued for cash on a private placement basis to Minerva Ventures Fund.
Fermenta Biotech Ltd
Fermenta Biotech has signed an exclusive licence agreement with Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, for the commercialisation of technology focused on natural in-situ vitamin B12 fortification in fermented foods.
Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd
Great Eastern Shipping Company has agreed to purchase a second-hand Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier with a capacity of approximately 81,609 dwt. The 2019-built vessel is expected to join the company's fleet in the third quarter of FY27 and will be financed entirely through internal accruals.
Sanofi India Ltd
The Supreme Court of India has dismissed Sanofi India's petition seeking the quashing of criminal proceedings. The case concerns pharmaceutical supplies made to Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mysore, between 2012 and 2015, along with allegations relating to procurement decisions. The criminal complaint remains pending trial.

Shadowfax Technologies Ltd
TPG-backed Newquest Asia Fund IV sold 80 lakh shares of Shadowfax Technologies, representing 1.36% of the company's paid-up equity, at ₹250.03 per share. Oxbow Master Fund acquired an additional 47.85 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.81% stake, for ₹119.6 crore at ₹250 per share.
Following the latest sale, Newquest has reduced its holding in Shadowfax to 8.03% from 11.53% as of June 2026. Oxbow Master Fund's holding has increased to 2%, including its earlier purchase of a 1.18% stake on August 6, 2026.
