Promoter groups Bhaskar Srinivasan, BBS Family Trust and KBS Family Trust are likely to sell up to a 6% stake in Avalon Technologies through block deals. The offer size is pegged at ₹861.9 crore, with an indicative price range of ₹2,150–₹2,302 per share, according to reports citing sources.
Power Mech Projects Ltd
Power Mech Projects has secured an order worth ₹549.37 crore to provide complete operation and maintenance services at Adani Group’s 2x600 MW Moxie Power Generation Tuticorin thermal power project.
Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd
Ganesh Benzoplast has signed definitive agreements to sell its liquid storage tank and railway network businesses to Cisternina Logistics, a bulk liquid and gas storage and logistics platform that will be majority-owned by KKR, for ₹1,154 crore.
KSB Ltd
KSB has received an export order worth up to ₹118 crore from Dangote Projects Free Zone Enterprise for the supply of a boiler feed pump package. The order adds to the company’s international business in the fertiliser and energy sectors.
ArisInfra Solutions Ltd
ArisInfra Solutions’ subsidiary, Arisunitern RE Solutions, has secured an order from Transcon Bellaviu Private Limited, an SPV of Transcon Group, to provide DaaS services for Transcon UNO, a residential project in Kalina, Mumbai. The project has an estimated gross development value of ₹400 crore.
Axiscades Technologies Ltd
Jupiter Capital sold 45.48 lakh shares, representing a 10.69% stake in Axiscades Technologies, for ₹829.72 crore at ₹1,824 per share. Abakkus Asset Manager, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund and other institutional investors bought shares in the transaction.

Honasa Consumer Ltd
Sequoia Capital Global Growth Fund III - US/India Annex Fund LP sold 25.02 lakh shares, representing a 0.76% stake, for ₹112.6 crore. Peak XV Partners Investments VI sold 1.07 crore shares, representing a 3.3% stake, for ₹484.23 crore. Both transactions were executed at around ₹450 per share.
Meanwhile, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund acquired additional shares in Honasa Consumer for ₹80 crore and ₹150 crore, respectively.
BSE Ltd
Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I sold 23.81 lakh shares in BSE for ₹762.1 crore, while BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold 44.51 lakh shares for ₹1,424.33 crore. Together, the transactions represented a 1.67% stake worth ₹2,186.4 crore.
UTI Mutual Fund and Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 27.12 lakh and 25.29 lakh BSE shares, respectively. Their combined purchases represented a 1.28% stake worth ₹1,677.6 crore.
360 ONE WAM Ltd
The Regents of the University of California - State Street Global Advisors sold 36.33 lakh shares, representing a 0.89% stake in 360 ONE WAM, for ₹374.3 crore at ₹1,030.08 per share.
Capital Small Finance Bank Ltd
Oman India Joint Investment Fund II sold 11.02 lakh shares, representing a 2.42% stake in Capital Small Finance Bank, for ₹30.86 crore. Fidelity Institutional Funds ICVC-Emerging Markets Fund acquired almost the same number of shares at ₹280 per share.
Kajaria Ceramics Ltd
Chetan Kajaria Family Private Trust sold 18 lakh shares, representing a 1.13% stake in Kajaria Ceramics, for ₹214.2 crore at ₹1,190.01 per share. SageOne Investment Managers LLP acquired 10.5 lakh shares, representing a 0.65% stake, for ₹124.95 crore.
Centum Electronics Ltd
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund acquired 1.04 lakh shares, representing a 0.7% stake in Centum Electronics, for ₹51.52 crore at ₹4,928.89 per share.
Cube Highways Trust
Seventy Second Investment Company LLC, owned by Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Company, sold 4.49 crore units, representing a 3.34% stake in Cube Highways Trust, for ₹689.46 crore at ₹153.30 per unit. The units were acquired by several institutional investors.
Mainboard and SME Listings
GSPL Transmission is scheduled for a mainboard listing following a scheme of arrangement, making the stock one of the names to watch in today’s market.
Elevate Campuses, ArMee Infotech, Swastika Infra and Adroit Industries (India) are also scheduled for a mainboard listing and will remain in focus as investors track the company’s market debut.
Pooja Logistics, Coreintegra Consulting Services, Liqvd Digital India, S K Offset and Unitec Fibres are among the other companies featuring in the day’s SME listing activity.
