Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation is likely to sell 17 lakh shares, representing a 0.6% stake, in UltraTech Cement through a block deal. The transaction is estimated at around ₹1,909 crore, with a floor price of ₹11,481 per share.
Vascon Engineers Ltd
Vascon Engineers has received a Letter of Intent worth ₹126.39 crore from the Public Works Department, Wardha-Nagpur, for the development of a 300-bed general hospital in Wardha, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The order is expected to support the company's infrastructure order book.
Dr Agarwals Health Care Ltd
Hyperion Investments Pte, an investment vehicle owned by TPG, sold 2.41 crore shares, representing a 7.62% stake, in Dr Agarwals Health Care for ₹1,210.5 crore at ₹501.03 per share.
Claymore Investments, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, also sold 1.59 crore shares, representing a 5.01% stake, at ₹501.54 per share, in a transaction valued at ₹797.44 crore. Several institutional investors, including Allianz Global Investors, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Invesco Mutual Fund and Polar Capital Funds, bought shares in the company.
LAPL Automotive Ltd
LAPL Automotive is in focus following its SME listing. Investors are likely to track the company's debut performance and trading activity as the stock enters the listed market.
Astral Ltd
Astral reported a 51.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹120.2 crore for the quarter, compared with ₹79.2 crore a year earlier. Revenue increased 15.9% to ₹1,578 crore from ₹1,361.2 crore.
Sun TV Network Ltd
Sun TV Network reported a 16.95% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit to ₹618.8 crore, compared with ₹529.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue increased 13% to ₹1,457.9 crore from ₹1,290.3 crore.
Lenskart Solutions Ltd
Lenskart Solutions posted a 269.2% year-on-year surge in consolidated profit to ₹221.8 crore from ₹60.1 crore. Revenue grew 43.3% to ₹2,714.2 crore from ₹1,894.5 crore, putting the stock in focus following the strong quarterly performance.
Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd
Gujarat Pipavav Port reported a 41.8% year-on-year increase in profit to ₹147.9 crore from ₹104.3 crore. Revenue rose 32.6% to ₹331.8 crore from ₹250.1 crore, indicating strong growth during the quarter.

Jio Financial Services Ltd
Jio Financial Services and Bank of America Corporation have signed a definitive agreement under which Bank of America will acquire up to a 49.9% interest in Jio Financial Services' wholly owned NBFC lending subsidiary, Jio Credit.
The investment of up to ₹18,268 crore will be made through a preferential allotment of equity shares and warrants. The transaction will initially give Bank of America a 26.5% equity interest in Jio Credit, which could increase to 49.9% upon exercise of the warrants.
Other Stocks in Focus
Other notable quarterly results include GMR Airports, which reported a profit of ₹91 crore against a loss of ₹211.6 crore, while revenue increased 23.7% to ₹3,964 crore. Tata Motors' commercial vehicle business reported an 83.2% rise in profit to ₹2,560 crore, with revenue increasing 19.3% to ₹20,667 crore.
Petronet LNG reported a 35.1% increase in profit to ₹1,137.1 crore, while IRCON International reported a 43.6% decline in profit to ₹92.7 crore. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation reported broadly stable profit at ₹330.2 crore, with revenue rising 18.1% to ₹1,369.5 crore.
