Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) has been declared the L1 bidder for a turnkey EPC package to develop a 245 MW (AC) grid-connected solar PV project in Gujarat. The order, awarded by a reputed PSU developer, marks a significant win for the company and takes its gross order inflows for the year, including L1 positions, to over ₹2,000 crore.
The project will be executed on a turnkey basis, further solidifying SWREL’s position in the domestic renewable energy EPC space. Commenting on the development, Mr. Chandra Kishore Thakur, Global CEO of SWREL, said, “We are excited to continue to build our gross order inflows (including L1), which have exceeded ₹2,000 crore this year.
