Sampre Nutritions Limited has announced a revision in the record date for its planned share split and bonus issue. 

The company, through its latest exchange filing, confirmed that the new record date has been set for November 14, 2025. Earlier, November 11, 2025, was fixed as the record date. This adjustment has been made in line with the company’s compliance process under SEBI’s guidelines to ensure smooth execution of the corporate action.

Bonus Share Allotment Details

The company stated that the deemed date of allotment for the bonus shares will be Monday, November 17, 2025, which is one trading day after the revised record date. A total of 43,693,710 equity shares will be allotted as bonus shares, carrying distinct number range (DNR) 43,693,711 to 87,387,420. 

Sampre Nutritions has also stated that the credit of these bonus shares will be completed in the depository system by 12:00 P.M. on November 17, 2025.

Trading Schedule of Bonus Shares

The newly credited bonus shares will be available for trading from the beginning of the day (BOD) on November 18, 2025. This ensures that shareholders can seamlessly trade their additional holdings without delay.

Sampre Nutritions Share Price Performance

On November 10, 2025, Sampre Nutritions share price opened at ₹139.00, up from its previous close of ₹138.60. At 10:26 AM, the share price of Sampre Nutritions was trading at ₹131.85, down by 4.87% on the BSE.
