As part of its strategic growth, Sampre Nutritions has entered into a significant manufacturing agreement with Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL). This deal, which involves the supply of confectionery products, is expected to generate an annual revenue of ₹12-15 crore over the next three years, strengthening the company’s foothold in the nutraceutical and food sectors.

International Expansion and FCCB Issuance
The company is also expanding its global footprint, having signed agreements with international partners. These include a manufacturing contract with Tolaram Wellness in Nigeria and a partnership with Rama Exports. Additionally, Sampre Nutritions is preparing to raise ₹355.06 crore through a foreign currency convertible bond (FCCB) issue, aimed at expanding into emerging markets like Egypt and Liberia.
