
Sampre Nutritions Limited has announced a revised record date for its share split and bonus issue, providing clarity for shareholders ahead of the upcoming corporate action. The new record date is November 14, 2025 (tomorrow), replacing the earlier date of November 11, 2025.
As per the company’s latest exchange filing, the record date of November 14, 2025, will determine the eligibility of shareholders for both the split or sub-division and the bonus issue of equity shares. The deemed date of allotment has been fixed for November 17, 2025, which is one trading day after the record date.
A total of 4,36,93,710 bonus equity shares will be allotted to eligible shareholders. The distinctive number range (DNR) for these shares will be from 43,693,711 to 87,387,420. The company will ensure that the credit of bonus shares in the depository system is completed by 12:00 PM on November 17.
Following SEBI’s circular dated September 16, 2024, Sampre Nutritions has confirmed that the newly credited bonus shares will become available for trading at the beginning of the trading day on November 18, 2025. This ensures a smooth transition and compliance with regulatory timelines.
Investors holding shares as of November 14 will be eligible to receive both the split and bonus shares. Those planning to participate should ensure that their shares are credited to their demat account by the record date to qualify.

With the record date now set for November 14, 2025, shareholders of Sampre Nutritions can expect the bonus shares to be credited on November 17 and available for trading on November 18. The revised timeline ensures timely execution of the company’s share split and bonus issue process.
