RPP Infra Projects Ltd has received a work order valued at ₹134.21 crore from the Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation (MSIDC), as per an exchange filing. The order is for road improvement works in Raigad district under the EPC KN-II 5A package.
The contract covers the upgrading of two major routes in Karjat taluka. These include the Matheran-Neral-Kalamb road (SH-109) from Km 0/00 to 20/400 and the Lobhyanchiwadi-Sugve-Pimpaloli-Neral road (MDR-104) from Ch. 3/00 to 14/00. Together, the project spans nearly 31 km.
As per the company’s disclosure, the project will be executed within 12 months. The contract includes standard performance and security clauses and was awarded by the Chief Engineer of MSIDC.
The company clarified that the latest road project is a domestic contract and does not fall under related-party transactions. It also confirmed that the promoters or promoter group do not have any interest in the awarding entity.

As of September 5, 2025, 10:48 AM, RPP Infra Projects share price was trading at ₹151.97, a 0.38% increase from the previous closing price.
The ₹134.21 crore work order adds to the company’s ongoing portfolio of infrastructure projects, alongside recently secured large-scale industrial contracts.
