Strengthening Digital Communication Across GCC
Under the new agreement, both companies will integrate Route Mobile’s Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) expertise with Kalaam Telecom’s regional infrastructure to offer secure, scalable, and innovative WhatsApp Business solutions. The partnership aligns with Route Mobile’s wider Proximus Global strategy to accelerate digital adoption and empower businesses with technology-led communication tools.
Driving Digital Transformation in the Middle East
With the Middle East’s digital economy projected to reach $780 billion by 2030, the partnership positions both companies to capitalise on the growing demand for enterprise communication platforms.
The integration of the WhatsApp Business Platform into Kalaam’s offerings will enable enterprises to strengthen customer relations and optimise communication strategies.
