
On October 31, 2025, RITES Limited, a leading transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Shipping Corporation of India Limited (SCI), a Government of India enterprise. The partnership aims to strengthen collaboration in maritime logistics and multimodal transport solutions.
Under the MoU, both RITES and SCI will work together to improve maritime logistics and shipping operations, ensuring faster and more efficient cargo movement across global routes. The partnership will also focus on developing innovative, cost-effective, and resilient supply chain and logistics models that cater to RITES’ business needs.
In addition, the two organisations will exchange knowledge and build capacity in areas such as supply chain resilience, digital cargo tracking, and logistics planning for high-value consignments.
RITES Limited is a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise and a major player in India’s transport consultancy and engineering sector. With over five decades of experience, RITES has completed projects in more than 55 countries across Asia, Africa, South America, and the Middle East.
RITES share price (NSE: RITES) stood at ₹246.49 as of October 31, 2025, down by ₹1.37 or 0.55% during the day. The stock opened at ₹246.81 and recorded a day’s high of ₹247.95 and a low of ₹245.73. The company’s market capitalisation is ₹11.85 thousand crore, with a P/E ratio of 33.93 and a dividend yield of 3.06%.
