Rajesh Power Services Limited (RSPL) has signed MoUs worth ₹4,754 crore with the Government of Gujarat during the first Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference 2025 held at Ganpat University, Mehsana.
The 2-day event was inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, in the presence of Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and senior state officials.
Under the MoUs, Ahmedabad-based Rajesh Power will execute turnkey power infrastructure projects involving the conversion of overhead high-tension lines into underground networks across multiple regions in Gujarat. These initiatives are expected to generate more than 33,000 jobs and contribute to strengthening the state’s power transmission and distribution systems.
Kaxil Patel, Director and CFO of RSPL, and Ajay Prakash, IAS, Managing Director of Gujarat Power Corporation Limited, signed the agreements.
Kurang Panchal, Managing Director of Rajesh Power Services Limited, said the partnership reinforces the company’s commitment to Gujarat’s infrastructure growth. He added that the projects will enhance reliability and efficiency in power delivery, ensuring communities benefit from an uninterrupted electricity supply.
He further stated that RSPL remains focused on executing sustainable and technologically advanced projects that align with the state’s long-term energy goals

As of October 10, 2025, at 12:10 PM, Rajesh Power Services share price is trading at ₹1,545 per share, reflecting a surge of 1.76% from the previous closing price.
With the signing of MoUs worth ₹4,754 crore, Rajesh Power Services Limited has strengthened its collaboration with the Government of Gujarat, supporting the state’s mission to develop resilient and future-ready power infrastructure while creating large-scale employment opportunities.
