RailTel Corporation of India has received a significant work order from the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Education Department, Gujarat. The mandate includes design, installation and maintenance of Learning by Doing (LBD) labs, aimed at enhancing digital education infrastructure in the state.

RailTel disclosed to exchanges that it has secured the project from SSA Gujarat, valued at ₹65,70,60,000. The project falls under the SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning) scope and involves establishing LBD educational labs. The contract is domestic, and the order was officially received on November 6, 2025, at 18:50.
Execution Timeline & Compliance
The project is scheduled to be completed by November 8, 2028. RailTel confirmed that the order does not fall under related-party transactions, and neither promoter nor group companies have any interest in the awarding authority. The company reported the order under SEBI Regulation 30, stating no delay in disclosure.
