On Aug 4, 2025, Praj Industries shares will trade ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the cumulative ₹6 final dividend.

Praj Industries Ltd said in exchange filings, “The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on 29th April 2025, inter-alia and proposed a final dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share @300% of the face value of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The said dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.”

Commenting on the Company’s performance, Mr. Shishir Joshipura, CEO & MD, Praj Industries said, “Our results for the quarter are reflective of the developments taking place globally in the bioeconomy and energy transition space. Completion of EBP20 program ahead of the timeline augurs well for the future initiatives to expand the share of bioenergy in the overall energy mix. During the quarter, we continued to build positive traction for our international business. The GenX facility is now scaled up and ready to serve ETCA segment globally.”
