Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC) has announced a second interim dividend of ₹3.65 per equity share (36.5% on the face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year 2025-26. 

The record date for determining shareholder eligibility has been fixed as Wednesday, November 26, 2025. The dividend payment or dispatch will be completed on or before December 6, 2025, subject to applicable taxes.

Declaration of Second Interim Dividend for FY26

In addition to dividend, the company has declared its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. 

The company reported total revenue from operations of ₹14,755.30 crore in Q2FY26, up from ₹13,206.57 crore in the same quarter last year. For the half year ended September 2025, revenue stood at ₹28,528.92 crore, reflecting solid year-on-year growth from ₹25,116.67 crore in H1FY25. 

The company’s profit for the quarter came in at ₹4,461.94 crore, while the half-year profit reached ₹8,963.44 crore, compared to ₹8,088.32 crore during the same period last year. The growth in profitability reflects continued momentum in PFC’s lending operations and a steady performance in the infrastructure finance segment.
