Olectra Greentech Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025, reflecting a mixed performance amid evolving market dynamics.
For Q1 FY2025-26, Olectra Greentech recorded ₹33,759.72 lakh in revenue from operations on a standalone basis, compared to ₹43,796.91 lakh in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY2024-25) and ₹30,418.22 lakh in the same quarter last year (Q1 FY2024-25).
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹34,722.35 lakh, down from ₹44,891.89 lakh in Q4 FY2024-25 but higher than ₹31,393.67 lakh reported in Q1 FY2024-25.
Standalone total income for the quarter was ₹34,289.14 lakh, compared to ₹44,217.41 lakh in the previous quarter and ₹30,730.79 lakh in the year-ago period.
On a consolidated level, total income stood at ₹35,255.62 lakh, down from ₹45,344.41 lakh in Q4 FY2024-25 but up from ₹31,699.64 lakh in Q1 FY2024-25.
Standalone net profit after tax for Q1 FY2025-26 came in at ₹2,239.14 lakh, slightly lower than ₹2,431.85 lakh in Q4 FY2024-25 but above ₹2,074.21 lakh recorded in Q1 FY2024-25.
On a consolidated basis, net profit after tax stood at ₹2,602.77 lakh, an increase from ₹2,068.68 lakh in Q4 FY2024-25 and higher than ₹2,425.32 lakh in the same quarter last year.
On August 11, 2025, Olectra Greentech share price (NSE: OLECTRA) opened at ₹1,391.00, down from its previous close of ₹1,405.50. At 9:45 AM, the share price of Olectra was trading at ₹1,426.70, up by 1.51% on the NSE.

Olectra Greentech delivered steady year-on-year growth in both standalone and consolidated performance despite a sequential dip in revenue and income. The uptick in consolidated net profit compared to both the previous quarter and last year’s figures indicates improved operational efficiency and cost management.
