On Monday, November 3, 2025, shares of National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd., and M&B Engineering Ltd are in focus, as the lock-in periods for these companies ends, as per a report by Nuvama Alternative and Quantitative Research, noted by CNBC-TV18.

It is important to note that the end of a lock-in period does not automatically mean shares will be sold in the market. It simply means that these shares are now eligible for trading.

NSDL will have 7.5 million shares eligible for trading once the lock-in period ends, representing 4% of the company's outstanding equity.

At the current market price, these shares are valued at nearly ₹870 crore. NSDL shares continue to trade above their IPO price of ₹800, having touched a post-listing high of ₹1,425 before a modest correction.

On Friday, NSDL shares settled at ₹1,158.55, down 1.16% for the day but still 45% above the IPO price.

Sri Lotus Developers: 7.9 Million Shares to Trade

Sri Lotus Developers will see 7.9 million shares, or 2% of its outstanding equity, become eligible for trading as its three-month shareholder lock-in ends on Monday. These shares are worth approximately ₹144 crore at current market prices. The stock is trading around 22% higher than its IPO price.
