NSDL, M&B Engineering and Sri Lotus Developers Shares in Focus: Lock-In Periods Ends on November 3

On Monday, November 3, 2025, shares of National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL), Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd., and M&B Engineering Ltd are in focus, as the lock-in periods for these companies ends, as per a report by Nuvama Alternative and Quantitative Research, noted by CNBC-TV18.
It is important to note that the end of a lock-in period does not automatically mean shares will be sold in the market. It simply means that these shares are now eligible for trading.
NSDL: 7.5 Million Shares Becoming Tradable
NSDL will have 7.5 million shares eligible for trading once the lock-in period ends, representing 4% of the company's outstanding equity.
At the current market price, these shares are valued at nearly ₹870 crore. NSDL shares continue to trade above their IPO price of ₹800, having touched a post-listing high of ₹1,425 before a modest correction.
On Friday, NSDL shares settled at ₹1,158.55, down 1.16% for the day but still 45% above the IPO price.
Sri Lotus Developers: 7.9 Million Shares to Trade
Sri Lotus Developers will see 7.9 million shares, or 2% of its outstanding equity, become eligible for trading as its three-month shareholder lock-in ends on Monday. These shares are worth approximately ₹144 crore at current market prices. The stock is trading around 22% higher than its IPO price.

M&B Engineering: 3.8 Million Shares Unlock
M&B Engineering will have 3.8 million shares available for trading, representing 7% of its outstanding equity, following the end of its three-month shareholder lock-in. At current prices, the unlocked shares are valued at about ₹172 crore.
