Nothing Plans to Open Its First Flagship Store in India

Consumer tech brand Nothing is deepening its ties with India. As per news reports, Co-founder Akis Evangelidis has revealed plans to open the company’s first flagship store in India later this year, while its sub-brand CMF will establish its global headquarters in the country.
The move underscores India’s rising importance in Nothing’s global strategy, drawing parallels with Apple’s premium retail presence in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru.
Expanding Footprint in India
Nothing’s relationship with India goes beyond retail. The Nothing Phone 3 is manufactured locally and exported worldwide, with devices sold in cities like London being made in India. As per news reports, Evangelidis described India as central to the future of consumer technology, noting: “The story of the next decade of consumer technology is being written here (in India) and we’re (Nothing and CMF) excited to be part of it.”
The company sees its flagship store as a place where customers can interact with in-store experts and experience its products first-hand.
Nothing Phone 3 Innovations
The latest Nothing Phone 3 stands out with its Glyph Matrix system, a new way of interacting with devices without overreliance on the display. It enables app alerts, contact-specific notifications, progress tracking, and playful utilities like Glyph Mirror, Solar Clock, Digital Clock, Stopwatch, Battery Indicator, and Spin the Bottle.
Users control these features through a dedicated rear button. On the AI side, the phone offers Essential Search for quick information access, Flip to Record for meeting transcripts, and Essential Space to organise notes and media with smart reminders.
