
NBCC (India) has recently confirmed new work orders adding up to ₹116.95 crore. These fall under its usual scope of activity, which includes consultancy for government projects, construction work and related engineering assignments. The projects are spread across Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand.
A work order worth ₹45.09 crore has been issued by Canara Bank for building its Regional/Circle Office premises in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The site is located at 229, Murma, Nagri Anchal.
This assignment is listed as project management consultancy work and has been awarded by a domestic entity, as mentioned in NBCC’s disclosure. No related party involvement was reported.
NBCC has also been given the task of providing PMC services for a new Composite Regional Centre (CRC) campus at Pudhupatti, Madurai. The project, valued at ₹29.49 crore, has been awarded by the National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities (NIEPMD). The contract focuses on planning and managing the construction process and is categorised as part of NBCC’s regular line of work.
Another order announced by NBCC covers work for the International Potato Centre (CIP) in Agra. The National Horticulture Board has issued this contract, which is worth ₹42.37 crore. It includes planning, designing, and execution activities along with additional miscellaneous work. Like the other two orders, this contract is also domestic and does not involve any related party arrangements.
As of November 24, 2025, 11:59 am, NBCC (India) share price was trading at ₹116.30, a 3.28% increase from the previous closing price.

The three contracts together add new consultancy and construction work for NBCC. All projects come from government-linked bodies, keeping the company’s order book tied to public infrastructure tasks across sector-specific facilities and institutional buildings.
