NBCC Share Price in Focus; Sells 175 Residential Units in Greater Noida for ₹485.41 Crore

NBCC (India) Ltd has completed the e-auction of residential units at Aspire Leisure Valley in Greater Noida (West).
The auction covered Iconic Tower No. 13, which has 175 units. According to the company’s filing, the total sale value from the process stood at ₹485.41 crore. The auction was conducted on an online platform used for such transactions.
Revenue Linked Fee
NBCC stated that it will receive a 1% marketing fee based on the final sale value. The company added that the sale was carried out in the normal course of its operations. The disclosure has also been placed on its website for record purposes.
Weekly Order Book Additions
Apart from the sale, NBCC reported fresh orders worth ₹665 crore during the week. The largest contract came from the Ghaziabad Development Authority, valued at ₹642.82 crore.
This project relates to the redevelopment of the Tulsi Niketan area in Ghaziabad. The authority’s order forms the main share of this week’s inflow.
ICAI Renovation Work
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) issued a ₹4.05-crore order covering renovation and repair work at multiple locations.
These include the Hyderabad Centre of Excellence, the EIRC Building in Kolkata, and structural and interior work at the Kottayam Chapter office. The scope involves routine repair, plumbing and sanitary tasks.
University Guest House Project
NBCC also received a ₹6.95-crore contract from the National Forensic Science University. The work focuses on renovating the guest house at the university’s Delhi campus.
This includes building-level improvements and internal refurbishment.
ICSI Construction Contracts
2 other projects were awarded by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). One is a ₹4.42 crore order for a new building at the Kanpur Chapter premises.
The 2nd, valued at ₹7.14 crore, relates to construction work at the Lucknow Chapter in Uttar Pradesh.

As of December 8, 2025, 11:09 am, NBCC (India) share price was trading at ₹110.40, a 1.48% decline from the previous closing price.
