NBCC Share Price in Focus After Winning ₹3,700 Crore Rajasthan Mandapam and Urban Development Projects

NBCC (India) Limited has been chosen as the lead agency by the Rajasthan Government for an extensive development plan worth nearly ₹3,700 crore. 

The cabinet approval covers the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, IT and GCC towers, luxury hotels, and a modern commercial-residential hub on prime land in Jaipur.

NBCC to Develop Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre

The Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre will be spread across 25 acres and feature over 2,00,000 sq. mtr. of built-up area. Designed to match global standards, the facility will accommodate between 7,000 and 7,500 seats, making it one of the largest convention venues in India. This initiative reflects the state’s growing focus on positioning Jaipur as a centre for international events and trade gatherings.

Urban Development on 95 Acres Along Tonk Road

The project will be executed on 95 acres of land allotted by Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) along the B2 Bypass, Tonk Road. With NBCC as the nodal agency, the plan includes the Global Capability Centre (GCC) Tower, an IT hub, premium hotels, and integrated commercial and residential zones to cater to modern urban requirements. 

This large-scale development is expected to foster economic growth and urban innovation in the region.

₹3,700 Crore Investment Backed by State Cabinet Approval
