Nazara Technologies Stock Split and Bonus Share Record Date is Tomorrow, Sep 26

On September 15, 2025, through postal ballot and remote e-voting, shareholders of Nazara Technologies Limited approved two key corporate actions – a stock split and a bonus share issue.
Details of Stock Split
The company will subdivide 1 equity share of face value ₹4 each, fully paid-up, into 2 equity shares of face value ₹2 each, fully paid-up. This stock split reduces the face value per share, thereby making the shares more affordable and increasing accessibility for investors.
Bonus Share Issue
Alongside the split, Nazara Technologies will issue bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio. This means shareholders will receive 1 bonus equity share of ₹2 face value for every 1 existing equity share of ₹2 held on the record date. The deemed date of allotment for bonus shares has been set as September 29, 2025.
Record Date
The Board of Directors has fixed Friday, September 26, 2025, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for both the stock split and bonus issue. Investors holding shares as on this date will automatically qualify for the benefits.
Previous Bonus Issue
This is not the first time the company has rewarded shareholders. In June 2022, Nazara Technologies had announced a 1:1 bonus share issue.
