Nazara Technologies shares are trading ex-date on September 26, due to the record date of the 1:1 bonus issue and the 1:2 stock split. On September 16, 2025, the gaming giant fixed Friday, September 26, 2025, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for the sub-division of existing equity shares and issuance of bonus equity shares of the Company.
Nazara Technologies said in an exchange filing, “The Board approved sub-division of 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four) each, fully paid-up, into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each, fully paid-up; andIssue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., 1 (One) bonus equity share of face value Rs.2/- (Rupees Two) each for every 1 (One) equity share of face value Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each, fully paid up.
As Nazara Technologies has set Sep 26 as the record date for its bonus issue and stock split, meaning that Sep 25 marked the last day to buy Nazara Technologies shares to become eligible for the free shares and stock split. Further, any shares bought on or after Sep 26 (record date) won't be eligible for the interim dividend.
