
Navin Fluorine International Limited has cleared investments worth ₹311.5 crore for two projects in Gujarat. The decision was made at the board meeting held on October 30, 2025. Of the total amount, ₹236.5 crore will go toward expanding Hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) capacity at the company’s Surat unit, and ₹75 crore will be used for debottlenecking the Multi Purpose Plant (MPP) at Dahej.
Both projects will be funded through internal accruals.
The Surat expansion involves adding a new HFC capacity of up to 15,000 metric tonnes per annum (R32 equivalent). The plant’s current capacity is 9,000 MTPA, operating at around 95% utilisation.
The new capacity is scheduled to be ready by the third quarter of FY27. The company stated that the project is aimed at meeting growing requirements from domestic and export markets.
At Dahej, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Navin Fluorine Advanced Sciences Limited, will carry out debottlenecking work at the MPP. The ₹75 crore investment will be used to start production of a fluoro-intermediate used in agrochemical manufacturing. The project is expected to be completed by Q3 FY27 and will also be financed through internal accruals.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Navin Fluorine reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹758.42 crore, compared to ₹518.56 crore in the same quarter last year. Net profit stood at ₹148.37 crore, up from ₹58.82 crore in the previous year.
The board approved an interim dividend of ₹6.50 per share on a face value of ₹2 each. The record date for the dividend is November 7, 2025, with payment scheduled on or after November 27, 2025.

As of October 31, 2025, 10:33 AM, Navin Fluorine International share price was trading at ₹5,699.40, a 14.52% increase from the previous closing price.
Both projects are planned for completion by FY27 and will expand the company’s production and process capacity across its key chemical units in Gujarat.
