MTAR Technologies has received an order worth ₹194 crore from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL) for work in the civil nuclear power segment.
The order covers the supply of end fittings and related components. MTAR reported the development in a stock exchange filing under SEBI’s disclosure rules.
The newly awarded order is linked to the Kaiga 5 and 6 nuclear reactors, where the company already has ₹504 crore in confirmed orders.
MTAR said this ₹194-crore portion forms part of that overall value and that it expects the remaining orders connected to the project to be finalised later. Deliveries under this segment are scheduled through April 2028.
MEIL is a new customer for MTAR in this category. The filing notes that the order is domestic, involves no related-party links, and that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
The company has listed the work strictly as component supply for the nuclear project, with no additional conditions or special terms highlighted.
MTAR runs 9 manufacturing units in Hyderabad, including an export-oriented facility. Its work spans civil nuclear components, fuel-cell hardware, hydel parts, space equipment and defence production.
The company has longstanding supply relationships with Indian government organisations and international equipment makers, built over several decades. These units handle precision manufacturing tied to national energy and space programmes.

As of December 08, 2025, 10:26 am, MTAR Technologies share price was trading at ₹2,397.60, a 0.57% increase from the previous closing price.
With this ₹194 crore order, MTAR adds further visibility to its workload linked to the Kaiga reactors. The company now awaits the balance of the project orders, which are expected to extend its committed manufacturing schedule over the next few years.
