LTIMindtree has announced that Friday, October 24, 2025, is the record date for its interim dividend of ₹22 per equity share of face value Re. 1 each for the financial year 2025–26.
Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or in the list of Beneficial Owners provided by the Depositories as on this date will be eligible to receive the dividend. The payment will be made within 30 days from the date of declaration.
