Additionally, the profit rose by 12.2% from the ₹203.62 crore reported in the March 2026 quarter.

The financial reports also provided the cumulative figures for the full financial year 2026. For the duration of FY26, the company recorded a total income of ₹8,988.34 crore. The net profit after tax for the entire FY26 stood at ₹500.95 crore.
Corporate Strategy and Acquisitions
The board cleared an additional equity purchase in its Chinese joint venture Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited. This transaction will scale up the company's direct and indirect shareholding up to seventy percent.
The cost of this frame factory acquisition is approximately RMB 7.5 Million. According to strict conversion rules, this amount is equivalent to approximately ₹106 crore.
Global Expansion Actions
The company approved incorporating a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary called OWNDAYS Korea in South Korea. This specific international transaction requires an initial financial investment of KRW 300 Million.
The subscription cost for the Korean unit is equivalent to approximately ₹20.2 crore. Furthermore, the company approved setting up Wenzhou Framekart Trade Company Limited within mainland China.
