Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new property in Gaya, Bihar. This development is part of the company’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its hospitality footprint across India. The new hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Expansion in Bihar
Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, Bihar, will feature 56 well-appointed rooms, restaurants, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa, and other public areas. Conveniently located, the hotel is about 14 kilometres from Bodhgaya Airport and 6 kilometres from Gaya Railway Station, with good road connectivity for both public and private transport.
As per the exchange filings, Mr. Kapil Sharma, Executive Vice President - Finance & Chief Financial Officer, Lemon Tree Hotels, commented, "With this signing, we further enhance and strengthen our footprint in Bihar, where we operate one hotel and have one more upcoming.
