Lemon Tree Hotels shares gained 1.48% to ₹167.60 on August 28, 2025, after announcing a new property in Pench, Maharashtra.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement for Lemon Tree Resort, Pench, Maharashtra, which will be managed by its wholly owned arm, Carnation Hotels.
The resort will feature 60 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, a spa, and recreational facilities.
Vilas Pawar, CEO of managed & franchised business at Lemon Tree Hotels, said the new resort will strengthen its wildlife portfolio, where the company already has five properties. With this addition, Lemon Tree will expand further in Maharashtra, where it already operates 14 hotels and has 10 more under development.
Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) is one of India’s largest hotel chains, operating across luxury to budget categories with seven brands.
In Q1 FY26, the company posted a 93.49% rise in consolidated net profit at ₹38.33 crore, while revenue from operations grew 17.82% to ₹315.77 crore, compared to the same quarter last year.
Lemon Tree Hotels share price (NSE: LEMONTREE) was trading at ₹167.51 on August 28, 2025, up 1.40% from the previous close. The share opened at ₹166.14 and touched an intraday high of ₹168.63, while the low stood at ₹165.19. The company commands a market capitalisation of ₹13,270 crore with a P/E ratio of 61.81. Over the past year, the stock has ranged between a 52-week high of ₹174.90 and a 52-week low of ₹112.29.
