KPI Green Energy Limited (NSE: KPIGREEN) has announced that Friday, September 12, 2025, will be the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the company’s final dividend. The dividend will be payable subject to approval at the upcoming 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Earlier Interim Dividend

In August 2025, the company declared its first interim dividend of 4%, translating to Re. 0.20 per equity share of face value ₹5 each, for FY 2025–26. This move reflected the company’s consistent approach to rewarding its shareholders while maintaining growth momentum in the renewable energy sector.

Dividend Payment Timeline

As per regulatory requirements, the final dividend will be disbursed within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM. Only those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members on the record date will be entitled to receive the payout.

KP Group’s O&M and Technological Advancements

Meanwhile, the company posted its Operational Portfolio & Technological Performance Update.

KP Group continues to strengthen its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) verticals with an installed capacity of over 1.9 GW across solar, wind, and hybrid assets, and an additional 4 GW under execution, reinforcing its leadership in renewable energy services.

The in-house Network Operations Center (NOC), powered by IBM Maximo Renewables, enables real-time monitoring, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and compliance for over 200 clients, while the Unified Data Access (UDA) platform enhances data management.

On the innovation front, KP Group’s R&D Centre has pioneered robotic solar panel cleaning systems, with 730+ robots deployed and 1,000+ in the production pipeline, backed by global certifications.

The newly commissioned facility at Por expands capacity to 300 robots per month, supporting domestic and international demand. With a robust O&M portfolio, digital innovations, and sustainable R&D-driven solutions, KP Group is well-positioned to optimise performance, cut costs, and deliver long-term value in India’s renewable energy landscape.
