JBM Auto Limited (NSE: JBMA) Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 85% for FY 2024-25, amounting to ₹0.85 per equity share of face value ₹1 each, subject to shareholders’ approval at the upcoming 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

JBM Auto Dividend Record Date

The dividend will be paid within 30 days of its declaration at the AGM. The Company has fixed Wednesday, August 27, 2025, as the Record Date/Cut-off Date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for voting on the AGM resolutions and for receiving the final dividend, if approved. The ex-date for the dividend is today, August 26, 2025.
