Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) has declared an interim dividend of ₹1.05 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26. The company has fixed Friday, October 24, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the dividend. 

The company stated that the dividend amount will be credited directly to the shareholders’ bank accounts or dispatched through dividend warrants within 30 days from the date of declaration. This move reflects IRFC’s continued focus on rewarding shareholders while maintaining strong financial discipline.

Dividend History

IRFC has maintained a consistent track record of dividend payouts. Earlier in FY26, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹0.80 per share in March 2025. In FY25, IRFC distributed an interim dividend of ₹0.80 per share in November 2024 and a final dividend of ₹0.70 per share in August 2024.
