On Aug 14, 2025, HPCL shares will trade ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the cumulative ₹10.50 final dividend.

HPCL Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors of the Company declared a Rs. 10.50/- Per Share on face value of Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for the Financial Year 2024-25. The record date fixed for the payment of the final dividend is 14 August 2025.

HPCL Q1FY26 Earnings Highlights 

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) recorded a solid performance across all key metrics in Q1FY26. The company demonstrated significant progress on multiple fronts, including major capital projects at its refineries and the rollout of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing long-term profitability.

Driven by recent expansion efforts, HPCL substantially ramped up refinery output, while also continuing to grow its overall sales volume. In Q1 FY26, the company achieved impressive operational and financial results. Refinery throughput stood at 6.66 million metric tonnes (MMT), marking a robust year-on-year increase of 15.6%, with average capacity utilisation reaching an impressive 109%.

Market sales volume, including exports, reached an all-time high of 13.04 MMT during the quarter—reflecting a 3.2% growth over the same period last year.
